Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights
We are staffed with attorneys working to protect and promote the retirement security of workers, retirees and their families in the six-state region of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights (formerly Upper Midwest Pension Rights Project) is funded by the Administration on Community Living under the Older Americans Act Title II.
Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights can assist with retirement plans offered by private and government employers, including:

- 401(k), 403(b), and 457 “defined contribution” plans
- Profit-sharing plans
- Cash balance and other hybrid pension plans
