Training & Employment Services provide assistance to individuals who are looking to develop the skills necessary to gain successful employment in the community:
- Pre-Vocational training takes place in the classroom and in the community. It is designed to help those with disabilities or special employment needs achieve the skills necessary for a successful transition into community employment.
- Community Employment Support. As an approved vendor of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Curative Connections provides assistance in preparing individuals for successful employment in the community through job coaching, resume writing, interview skill development, internships and more.
- STEP is designed for people age 55 and older who have lower incomes and are unemployed, obtain paid, on-the-job training.
The goal of STEP is to help participants eventually secure permanent employment.
