(P4CD), provides a comprehensive range of high-quality home rehabilitation and energy conservation services to the community, delivered by a team of directly employed trade professionals. Partners also provides opportunities for minorities and the disadvantaged to achieve social and economic independence through our social services programs.

We are a nonprofit housing services provider and a housing development company. Partners is one of the 25 Weatherization Operators for the State of Wisconsin. We have 3 Weatherization Offices serving the Eastern Wisconsin
