Washington County Human Services Departement and IMPACT. Provides increased mobile responsiveness for Acute Care Services (ACS) and expanded assistance to those in need. Washingotn County Crisis Line answered 24/7/365 by IMPACT's skilled staff. Supporting those in need of reserouces to address basic social needs, mental health and substance abuse concerns and other critica services. Staff assess the needs to ensure appropriate referrals occur. These referrals may include those made to 911, Washington County Crisis Workers, Poison Control, Adult Protective Services, and Child Protective Services. IMPACT will provide Crisis triage and when indicated, dispatch to crisis services outlined in protocols. Referral to community resources. Access to 24/7 support line (i.e. supportive listening). Washington County Acute Care Services will respond in-person and by telephoine to community needs for crisis interventino, suicide assessment, and need for hospital placement or crisis diversion placement.
