The HOME Homebuyer Program and Housing Cost Reduction Initiative Programs are designed to assist low to moderate income families with the purchase and/or rehabilitation of a home. Renewal Unlimited, Inc. provides assistance in the form a 0%, deferred 2nd Mortgage to be used for down payment assistance and closing cost assistance associated with the purchase. HCRI funds are also available on a very limited basis to assist with foreclosure prevention assistance.
