As an adult day care center in Greenfield, Wisconsin, it is our goal to be a reliable care provider for the Aging, Developmentally Disabled, Physically Disabled, adults who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), adults with Irreversible Dementia, Terminal Illness, and Emotionally Disturbed Adults. Our facility can cater up to 120 individuals and operates from Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
