The Estate Planning Clinic is full for spring 2022. We will not be resuming estate planning appointments until fall 2022 (at the earliest).
The MVLC Estate Planning Clinic offers free basic estate planning services to the Milwaukee community.
The program can be used to create the following documents:
Basic Will
Living Will
Power of Attorney for Health Care
Power of Attorney for Finances
Couples will be scheduled for two appointment slots to allow time to complete documents for both individuals.

Remote appointments are appropriate for those who are able to have documents witnessed and notarized on their own.
Some estate planning issues are beyond the scope of our services. We are unable to prepare living trusts or special needs trusts, and we cannot assist with Medicaid planning.
