Describe, Investigate, Create, and Evaluate (DICE) is an intervention DCS can provide caregivers to help them manage behavioral changes caused by dementia. By using the DICE approach to handle agitation, aggression and other unwanted behaviors we can reduce hospitalizations, unplanned medical services or use of antipsychotic drugs. Caregivers are better able to keep their loved ones at home for longer and feel les stressed.
