The HCDA is a non-profit, corporation established for the purpose of assisting families with housing and related services. The agency was formed to administer housing programs that improve, preserve, and provide affordable housing for low and moderate income families. Our primary goal is to continue to enable households below the County Median Income Limit to obtain affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimation. Provides general information and referral services to citizens inquiring about a variety of housing matters. These include housing code complaints, fair housing issues, transportation, and public benefit program questions and many others. Regularly provide information and referrals regarding landlord/tenant law, lead based paint regulations, employment opportunites and community resources and services.
