Description:

Provides medical, emotional and spiritual, and supportive services for people in their last 6 months of their life. Accepts hospice Medicare, Medical Assistance, private pay; Community Support available for those with a limited income.

Hospice Care--24 hrs/day
Palliative Care--Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM.

Evening and weekend telephone consultation for medical emergencies 24 hrs/day.

Bereavement care--7 Am to 5 PM, seven days/wk.
