At Richland Medical Center, we aim to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment of aged people with memory concerns. Leveraging our geriatric assessment clinic, we are able to educate our patients and their families and give them treatment recommendations. We do not provide primary medical care if ever the need arise, but we will directly communicate with your physician to help with your needs.
