Description:
Behavioral Health: Delivering care and making a positive difference in the lives of those suffering from mental illness, including dependency and relationship issues. Services range from highly supervised care to day treatment programs to individual appointments with therapists.
The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program provides short-term mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer individual consultations and brief intervention, typically 4 to 6 psychotherapy sessions; medication assessments for adults age 18 and up; and psychoeducational groups (e.g., Healthy Eating Active Lifestyle Thoughtful Habits – HEALTH group). Services are available for patients who have established care with a Mayo Clinic Health System primary care provider and have been referred to the IBH program.
