Community Employment Services: This program works in conjunction with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). It includes vocational evaluations, supported employment and community employment. A full range of services is offered to employees and employers including job training, resume development, job development, placement and job coaching. There are options designed to meet the individual needs of each worker and employer to ensure a smooth transition and quality match. The employment specialist provides the support necessary to help develop the natural employer-employee relationship.
Building Fuller Lives is a program within Achieve Employment offering skills training, volunteer opportunities and community-based educational sessions.
Agency Based work: Subcontract work from local business and industry is used to help individuals achieve program goals. All workers earn wages while learning job skills and good work habits. Production specialist supervise teams of workers and ensure quality standards while teaching vocational skills.
