Description:
This program provides nutrition education for the food share eligible population. Educational topics include: healthy food choices, feeding young children, food safety, meal planning, food shopping, breastfeeding support and money management. Group and individual education is provided in agency-sponsored settings for all ages. The program also works on community initiatives to improve food security for low income populations.
