Library Square expect to find a choice of apartment styles and sizes in both independent and assisted living. Respite Care is also offered.
Studio, one and two bedroom apartments are available with a full kitchen and bathroom. All units are equipped with an emergency help call system and an automated morning/evening check-in system. Staff is on duty 24 hours a day for emergency response. Services provided based on the nursing assessment include: assistance with medication administration and personal care, RN case management, nursing observation, and intervention as indicated by physical condition and diagnosis, coordination of physician visits, medical testing, lab work and therapies, access to on-site medical services including our medical director, therapies, psychology, and podiatry, one meal per day with additional meals available, weekly housekeeping, daily bed making and linen changes as needed, wellness clinic (blood pressure, weight checks and vital sign checks), full time recreational programming, scheduled transportation for shopping and outings, full use of all facilities and amenities, information and referral service. Optional services include heated underground parking, laundry services, remote assist, additional meals and guest meals.
