The Parent Helpline is a 24 hour service that works in collaboration with 2-1-1 @ IMPACT to provide confidential and free phone support, listening and encouragement, advocacy and resource referrals for moms, dads, caregivers and others concerned about parenting. Information on parenting education, parenting support groups and parenting tips provided. Also works closely with Family Caregiver Support Network on the Grandparent Raising Grandchildren Program.
