Eternity Homecare is a non-medical in-home care agency. They provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care, transfer/ambulation, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supportive care.
Eternity Homecare can pair patients with family members or people they know to provide personal care services. Personal care workers are trained and certified by Eternity Homecare's RNs and must also undergo a personal background check. Agency case managers visit the consumer and family every 50 to 60 days for plan oversight. If a patient's family member or friend are not able to care for a patient Eternity has employees available.
