Operated under Marshfield Medical Center (MMC) 30 1- bedroom subsidized units including 3 handicapped units. Each unit comes with stove, refrigerator and is fully carpeted. These units are for seniors, and individuals who are physically handicapped and or developmentally disabled. All senior occupancy has an elevator. Rent is subsidized at 30% of gross income, with all utilities included. An Emergency call system is furnished. Pets are allowed, but under the pet policy and there is a pet deposit of $150.
