Description:
Home Health Care provides a range of skilled services to include skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Services may include medication management/teaching, education in disease management, wound care. All services must be ordered by a Physician, are medically necessary and are provided by an RN, LPN, home health aide, certified physical or occupational therapist, speech pathologist.
Medicare Consulting Personal Care provides personal assistance, stand by assistance, supervision or cues for people having difficulties with one or more of the following activities of daily living: eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and transferring in and out of bed. Provides housekeeping services. Respite/Supportive Home care is provided in the home by a family member, family identified caregiver, or by trained and certified ANEW employees. A maximum of 10 hours a month are available.
We also provide companion and shopping services for clients. Fiscal Agent/Money Management and Non-Employment Fiscal Agent Rep Payee.
