Oversees the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program and provides assistance with applying for heating fule assistance. Applications available at Brown County Human Services, the Aging & Disabiltiy Resource Center, Brown County Human Services website, The Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul. Face-to-face and telephone appointments are available by calling the Brown County Human Services.
