Description:
Secured building that accepts adults age 18 and older. (No children allowed). There are single rooms for rent by the week or month. The bathrooms, showers, kitchen and television areas are all shared. Smoking allowed, but no drugs or alcohol allowed in the building. All rooms are on the second floor, no elevator, so it is not handicap accessible.
Each tenant shares a refrigerator with one other tenant and there is a lock of the fridge to deter theft of food. Management is willing to work with someone who would not pass the background check completed by most elderly/disabled subsidized apartment buildings.
Rent collected weekly unless the tenant already paid for the month. After 90 days, rent can be monthly if the tenant chooses.
