The Taylor County Commission on Aging offers a variety of programs and information related to older adults. We serve Taylor County residents age 60 and over, and their spouses, regardless of age. For information on more services for older adults, contact the Commission on Aging.
Operates the home-delivered meals and congregate meal sites countywide.
Provides a countrywide elderly transportation program which allows senior citizens to access transportation in various communities for medical appointments, shopping, recreation and nutrition purposes. Volunteer Driver Service - Volunteers furnish transportation for senior citizens, disabled residents, and Medical Assistance recipients to medical facilities.
