Description:
AA Class CBRF providing 24 hour care, no RN on staff, shared bathrooms, private rooms and is not handicap accessible. Target population is Developmentally Disabled, Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness, Physically Disabled and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
