Lori Knapp Companies provides quality of life opportunities for children, seniors, frail elders, and people with disabilities. We have been serving people in Wisconsin since 1972.
Services include in-home care, personal cares, residential homes, fiscal agent, IRIS supports, training, and are unique to each individual.
1.In-home caregiving
These might include bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers and mobility, skin care, assistance with getting in and out of bed, dressing, meal preparation, medication monitoring, housekeeping, and much more. Community supported living options. We can bill Medicaid for personal care services.
2.Residential homes/Assisted living options
Adult family homes and CBRF's (community based residential facilities)
The residents are supported in community integration that might include work or community outings. Caregivers provide 24/7 support.
Homes serving:
Elderly or frail elder
Traumatic brain-injured (TBI)
Developmentally disabled
Physically disabled
Mental illness
Specialized home for bariatrics, memory care (Dementia and Alzheimers), and children's treatment foster home.
3.Fiscal Agent
We provide the legal requirements to make these responsibilities manageable and simple. This includes handling the required upfront paperwork, clerical, and accounting services.
4. Self-Directed IRIS supports
Assisting those who to choose to participate in IRIS by:
Providing in-home or personal care
Nursing oversight
MAPC (Medicaid) billing services
Support broker services
5 Trainings
We provide trainings to meet all CBRF requirements to include fire safety, medication management, first aid/alleviate choking, and standard precautions,
