The Slinger Police Department serves the Village of Slinger 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Department consists of a Chief of Police, two Lieutenants, and eight sworn officers. We also have an administrative staff of two and seven crossing guards. Slinger has a population of 5,454 (2017 est.). Nestled in the Village of Slinger is the Slinger Speedway and the Little Switzerland Ski Hill that draws additional visitors throughout the year.
