Description:
Preventative health check-up program for anyone under age 18 who has a valid Wisconsin Medical Assistance (MA) card and resides in Marinette County. Includes hearing and vision testing, blood work, growth and development, nutritional assessment and anticipatory guidance, and immunizations as needed.

Child Passenger Car Seat Program/Instruction. TB Skin Tests, Well Child Health Screening,
Dog bite followups, Human health hazard investigations and environment testing: radon, lead and well-water. Follow-up for communicable diseases, follow-up for sexually transmitted diseases and partner notification for HIV (Does not do HIV Testing).
