The Central City Day Services Program for adults with developmental disabilities is located in an attractive, recently remodeled facility in Milwaukee that provides very accessible space for persons with disabilities.
Program clients choose from a variety of engaging and meaningful activities offered each day under the guidance of Curative's specially trained staff members.
There also are multiple opportunities for community engagement outings in the immediate neighborhood and the community at large.
Activities are designed to support achievement of individual goals set by clients and their families/guardians.
Engaging activities are planned daily to meet the interests and abilities of the persons served.
Staff also assist with feeding, toileting, changing and other personal care needs. Neighborhood and recreational outings offer opportunities for community integration. There are some opportunities for paid work for interested program participants.
